Senior Program

The Senior Division welcomes athletes of all abilities and goals, ranging from recreational swimming, high school swimming and Sectionals, Futures and Junior National qualifiers. Expectations among each division build upon each other, with the goal of creating the proper progression for athletes to move through the program based upon their respective goals. The Senior Division is lead by Head Senior Coach, Logan Redondo, and Assisted by Justin Max, Daniel Roa, David Heron, Heidi Zuniga and Strength and Conditioning Coach Carlos Garcia. 

Senior Gold:

The Senior Gold Group is the 2nd highest group at the Mission Viejo Nadadores. The Gold Group offers 8 swim practices per week, with 3 additional weights/dryland sessions. The Gold group trains to compete at Sectionals, Futures and Junior National Meets. Gold athletes are expected to attend 100% of all offered swim workouts, and are encouraged to attend dryland workouts to complement in-water training. The Gold Group is lead by our Assistant Senior Coach, Justin Max. 

Senior Silver:

The Senior Silver group is for athletes who are qualified for, and training to compete at Junior Olympics, CIF and Sectionals. The Silver Group offers 7 swim practices per week, with 3 additional dryland sessions. Silver athletes are expected to attend at least 6 swim practices per week, in addition to dryland training. The Silver Group is lead by Assistant Senior Coach, Justin Max.

Senior Bronze:

The Senior Bronze group is for athletes who are High School athletes, qualified to swim at Blue/Red/White Meets. The Bronze Group offers 6 swim practices per week, with additional dryland sessions. Bronze athletes are expected to attend at least 4 swim practices per week, in addition to dryland training. The Bronze Group is lead by Head Senior Coach, Logan Redondo, and Assisted by Coaches Justin Max and Daniel Roa.
